I fell in love with learning and development at a very young age and over the years, my interest has grown significantly. Based on my work experience in diverse industries and continents, I believe in the function of learning in achieving strategic goals and business objectives.

Over the years, I have become a lifelong learning, traversing fields, namely adult education, curriculum and instruction, digital learning, continuing medical education, formative assessment development, project management, learning experience design, user experience design, program evaluation, research, and learning and development.
